Digital Marketing Trainer ( Full Time)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum
  • To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
  • Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences
  • To upgrade self-knowledge across all Modules offered by DG Royals ranging from Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, Website Development(WordPress) etc.
  • To be able to customise and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.

Other Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class
  • To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.
  • To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post-test to measure the impact of courses delivered.
  • To maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created
  • To take proactive steps to ensure that the campus/classroom is functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students. For instance, the trainer would be responsible for setting up of IT equipment or ensuring students receive the relevant pre-tests and post-tests as each module is delivered.

Digital Marketing Trainer ( Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • In-class / webinar-based training of a module of your choice (You can read more about the modules offered in our Digital Marketing Curriculum here)
  • Practical teaching of the module using tools and conducting in-class activities
  • Providing industry insights regarding a particular topic or module
  • Addressing queries of students
  • Checking student assignments and sharing feedback
  • Must have knowledge of Modules offered by DG Royals ranging from Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, Website Development(WordPress) etc. with Industrial Practical Experience.
  • To be able to customise and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.

Graphic Design Trainer ( Full Time)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Mastering the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effect + Adobe Premier Pro Would Be a Plus).
  • Delivering highly interactive lectures that are Online or Offline with current standards of industrial training.
  • To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum
  • To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
  • Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences
  • To upgrade self-knowledge across all Softwares offered by DG Royals 
  • To be able to customise and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing preferably through working in educational institute
  • Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
  • Being Creative and Responsible, Demonstrating Self – motivation and Taking Initiative.

Other Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.
  • Helping students for portfolio Creation.
  • Design and Create Various Types of Graphics: Logos, Images, Ebooks, Banners, Flyers, brochures, Presentation Templates, Info Graphics, Emailers, Newsletters, Print Ads etc. for Institute.
  • Design New Graphic Concepts Digital and Social Campaigns.
  • Handling Social Media Content Designing.

Education

  • Any graduate – Any specialisation

  • Candidate should have a degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Designing / Motion Graphics / Video Editing/ Multimedia Animation.

Academic Counsellor * (Females preferred)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identification & understanding of the Student’s need & counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate applications & admissions for various courses offered at the Institute
  • Handle Student and Parents’ queries over Phone, e-mail & Chat Sessions
  • Manage regular communication with students and parents through Call, Whatsapp & other mediums of communication
  • Effectively manage leads allocated & maintain student communication records.
  • Generating & Handling Walk-Ins students for course enquires. 
  • Execute tasks allocated on back-end operations of Marketing & Admissions department.
  • Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on and maintain data or records.
  • Good MS-Office working skills

Animation Trainer ( Full Time)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Mastering the Adobe After Effect ,  Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, Maya, 3Ds Max and other Multimedia / Animation required Softwares. 
  • Candidate with knowledge of Graphics, Video Editing, Multimedia & Animation is preferable.
  • Training students and help them to gain knowledge on the topics given in brochures.
  • Delivering highly interactive lectures that are Online/Offline with current standards of industrial training.
  • Preparing power point presentations for the topics that shall be covered through the course of the program.
  • Developing innovative and quality content for lectures to help facilitate delivery of lectures in an interesting and interactive manner.
  • Continuously improve the delivery experience to ensure that experience of students is at industrial level.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Animation training preferably through working in Industry or educational institute.

Other Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Should have good exposure on Multimedia & Animation.
  • Should have at least relevant industrial experience.
  • Candidate should have direct experience in Software.
  • Candidate should be skilled in Software related to Multimedia Animation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver highly interactive lectures is a must have.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Should have knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, CSS3, Xhtml, WordPress, Responsive Design, React Js, NodeJS, MongoDB, ExpressJS etc. 
  • To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum.

  • Skills in Introduction to Architectural Representation, Landscape design, Communication, Ability and interest for teaching and research, Creative and conceptual skills, Curriculum and programmes development skill, Building services, Interior Detailing, Entrepreneurship, Project management, Studio Project for Service Industry space design.
  • To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
